Fred AI Builder — SMS Messaging Program
1. Program Description
The Fred AI Builder SMS Program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, and customer support communications, as well as promotional messages where explicit consent has been provided.
Opt-in collected via Chat Widget with dual consent checkboxes. SMS opt-in consent is collected exclusively through our Chat Widget on our website. The widget presents two separate consent checkboxes that users must actively check before submitting their phone number.
Consent to one message type does not imply consent to the other. Consent is never a condition of purchase or service. We maintain timestamped records of all checkbox selections and opt-in actions.
2. Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions.
You may cancel SMS at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. We will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in through our chat widget. Opt-out applies to the consent type associated with that number.
